ADMISSION PROCEDURE for B.PHARM

For admission B.Pharm course, the Andhra Pradesh State Government, conducts an entrance exam called AP EAPCET every year in the month of April/May. The students are given ranking based on the marks obtained in the AP EAPCET.

Those Students who qualified Both MPC & BiPC groups’ students are eligible. Admissions are conducted by the Convener AP EAPCET in a systematic manner by means of web counseling, based on the combined rank obtained in the AP EAPCET. Thus opportunity is given to the student to choose the course and college. 70% of seats are filled through the AP EAPCET rank by the Convener and 30% seats are filled by the management, based on rank in AP EAPCET or the merit at Intermediate or as per the State government prescribed rules from time to time.

Convenor (General) Quota: Category -A

Usually the admissions by the AP EAPCET Convenor start in July/Aug. and close by Sep/Oct every year. However the schedule may vary from year to year. After the counseling, the left over seats shall be filled by the colleges through spot admission according to the rules prescribed by the State Government.

Management Quota: Category- B

The Management Seats (Category-B) are filled by the Management as per the schedule and rules prescribed by the State Government.

FEE

As fixed by APAFRC (Andhra Pradesh Admission & Fee Regulation Committee) for category A Admissions.

M.PHARM

M. Pharm is a two year Post Graduate course. This course is designed to give a comprehensive and advanced knowledge and experimental skills regarding all aspects of drugs.

Branches : 1) Department of Pharmaceutics (15 seats)

                  2) Pharmaceutical Analysis, (15 seats)  

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

For admission to the M.Pharm, the State Government, conducts an entrance exam called APPGECET every year in the month of May/ June. The students are given ranking based on the marks obtained in the test . Admissions are conducted by the Convenor APPGECET in a systematic manner by means of web counseling, based on the rank obtained in GPAT and for the remaining seats based on the APPGECET rank. Thus opportunity is given to the student to choose the course specialisation and college. 70% of seats are filled through the GPAT and APPGECET ranks by the Convener and 30% seats are filled by the management, based on the merit at APPGECET / B.Pharm as per the State government prescribed rules from time to time.
